 Plan to Success

If you plan to success, then you must have a plan of action. We business owners have to a plan in order to success.  Let’s start with goals.

GOALS

Start with your vision . What are the goals that you want to achieve with your business?   The goals should be tied to your vision.  Your goals should be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timely.

To achieve your S.M.A.R.T. goals

While having CONVERSATIONS with a purpose
· Manage the following:
Your time, team, communications
· Lead by:
Building Trust
Coaching
Inspiring/Motivating
Managing Conflict
Recognition

Incoming Producting Activities

Be sure that your activities are driven by your goals. Track your activities. Are those activities producing income for you?

Analysis Your Results

Take the time to sit down at least weekly to re-evaluate your goals and activities. Are some activities that you need to discard? Are there some activities that you can add in those discarded ones place? Constantly, look at your tracking results.

If you will cycle through this recommendations on a regular basis, it would be a way of thinking! Definitely good for business.
